  • Do I need to prepare the cleaning tools?
    Yes! We ask you to provide all necessary cleaning tools and supplies. After the appointment is set up, our scheduling manager will send you the list. If you don't have time to prepare them, some of our cleaning staff can bring the tools with a surcharge. However, there might be times when the cleaner who can bring the tools is not available for your time slot, so we recommend you contact us as soon as possible.
  • I need the service so urgently!
    Although, we cannot guarantee 100%, we will try our best to find the soonest spot to fit you in. However, contacting us at least 3 or 4 days before the date you would like to have the service on will be smoother for scheduling🙂
  • Can i have the service on weekends and national holidays?
    Yes you can!😊 For services on weekends and national holidays, there is a holiday surcharge (10,000). Also you should give us at least 2 or 3 days of advance notice so we can work with our schedule.
  • Do I need to be home during the service?
    As long as the cleaner has the access to the house, you don't have to. You can leave a message/memo on the dining table for your priorities and detailed instructions.
  • What supplies should I prepare?
    *More than 3 microfibre rags *gloves (one set for cleaning the kitchen and one for the bathroom) *Spray detergents for windows, kitchen, bathroom *dishwashing detergent and sponge *toilet brush *cleaning brush for edges *steal scrubbers *vacuum cleaner or static floor wipes *duster *mop *Clorox(or pinesol)
  • I was not satisfied with the service.
    If you feel unsatisfied with any of our services, please contact us within a day. And we will find the proper solution for you. 😊

Rate Determination

All rates are based on the size of your space and the amount of time needed to complete the tasks you wish to be completed.  We want to make sure you are happy which means we also want to do a thorough job!  To develop your custom quote, we will ask you a series of questions to determine the time it will take to do a professional job.
